FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS BY PROSPECTS
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERABLES?
Our eye tracking offering is available in two forms: Eyevaluate and See IT. Eyevaluate is a comprehensive multi channel look at the entire viewing process. Eyevaluate also includes focus group style survey resposes from participants. See IT is static heatmap snapshots. Both offerings include an analyst walk-through with specific design suggestions to help you better meet your business objectives. Your report will answer questions like: are your most profitable offerings being noticed or overlooked? Which design option influences consumer behaviors the most?
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
As little as 3 business days for Eyevaluate (live eye tracking recordings) and as early as the next day for See IT (static heat map and visual sequence) depending on project scope. Results may take longer for more complex projects, but we will provide a time frame up front.
HOW DO YOU COLLECT THE DATA?
Eyevaluate: with wearable technology and real demographically sorted participants who view your materials. See IT: a computer algorithm that predicts the first 3-5 seconds of the viewers visual path.
WHO ARE THE PARTICIPANTS FOR EYEVALUATE?
We maintain various demographically sorted pools of participants for various project needs. We take care of recruiting additional participants as needed.
WHAT CAN I ANALYZE?
Anything that's visual. It can be a digital or printed item. Examples include, billboards, retail signage of all sorts, menus, magazines, catalogs, direct mail, websites, apps, and more.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
For Eyevaluate this depends greatly on the scope of the project. We can provide a free estimate for your project in 24 hours or less. Some projects can be performed in our offices while others require travel for on site analysis. Generally speaking EyeValuate projects start at $5,000. This includes focus group insights from 15 participants. For See IT the price to a customer is $250 per viewer spread, defined by how it is viewed by the end user.
